Free Plan: No revenue share; we handle payment and fulfillment.Basic Plan (€29/month): Includes a revenue share, depending on industry and product.White-label Plan: We provide technology only; the creator handles payments and fulfillment.2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into this agreement.3. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator using our tools, you agree to:
Provide accurate informationUse the service in compliance with applicable lawsOnly promote legal, non-harmful products or servicesBe responsible for any content shared via your chatbot or landing page4. Revenue Sharing
For Basic Plan users, revenue share rates vary depending on product type and sales volume. The final rate will be outlined in a separate agreement or onboarding process.5. Payments
All payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not store or process payment information directly. Payouts to creators are made based on agreed-upon terms and may be subject to transaction fees and processing time.6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service at any time, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.8. Intellectual Property
